Answers:
If you are going to finish the bottle within a couple of days, recork and refrigerate it!. If it will not be drunk, you can reseal and refrigerate the bottle but the wine will best be used for cooking!. You can use a tasting cork, vacuum sealer, or just plastic wrap!.

The only stupid question is the one not asked!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I have a rubber stopper and a vacuum pump, one can buy them in a wine shop!. The pump takes the air out of the bottle!. It lasts a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you can recork!. We used vacuum sealers and they did nothing to save the wine, especially reds!.

Store the recorked bottle upright in a cool dark place!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
