Prom!? Age !? Under 21!? Please don't drive!. If you don't drive, but still feel the need to consume, drink 2 shots of dill pickle juice right before bed!. In the morning get vitamin water (Revive- berry flavor) and drink as many as possible!. And, please, watch over and take care of your date !!!!!!!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well first I'll suggest you not get effing wasted-drink for the buzz and then slow down! If you must drink, don't get so trashed that you don't remember what you did! The main reason you are hung over is because you are dehydrated!. The advice to drink water/gaterade is correct!. If you can, slip in a few drinks of water even pop throughout the night, every drop of non-alchohol will help! Remember the saying "liquor before beer in the clear--- beer before liquor never sicker" (liquor meaning all those shots and mixed drinks)!. also a good thing to remember, that shot of whiskey has approx the same alcohol as a whole can of beer!. So if you decide to show how 'cool' you are and down 5 shots one after another, thats like downing 5 beers in 5 seconds!.!.!.can you guess what will happen!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Time is the only real cure!. Besides that you can minimize the pain and suffering by eating a banana to replace the potassium that you lost, that a B complex vitamin to replace that, take to Advil* and drink lots of water**!. Stay away from greasy food!.!.!. grease and alcohol don't mix well!.

*Advil only!. Tylenol is bad for your stomach when mixed with alcohol and Aspirin is bad for your liver when mixed with alcohol!.

** Water!. One or two sports drinks are OK, but high in sodium and sugar!. Water is the best thing for you at this time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Banana milkshake with honey!! It replaces lost nutrients, such as magnesium and potassium!. The honey raises blood sugar levels, which is lowered by excessive alcohol intake and the bananas are rich in important electrolytes, magnesium and potassium, which are severely depleted during heavy drinking!. Milk soothes the stomach and dehydrates the system!. It really helps! Plus it tastes really good!.

Oh and take Advil, not Tylenol!. It's not advisable to take Acetaminophen after drinking heavily!. Read the source link!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you should drink alot of water before you go to bed, try and sleep as much as you can, then when you wake up drink a large glass of a cold fizzy drink as it settles the stomach!. Then make sure you eat something straight away preferably something light like toast and take a cool shower to reduce you body temperature, and just generally try and get some fresh air throughout the day!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

First!.!.!.don't drink and drive, it's NOT cool!.

Gatorade!. Drink one before you go to bed (if you remember), otherwise the moment you wake up, drink one, after you go pee, drink one!.

The hydration helps a lot!.

Geez, why!.!.!.!. anyway, drink one glass of water to each drink you chug!. Keep hydrated (with water)!. And remember that alcohol is literally a poison to your body!.

BTW, you'll very likely regret getting wasted!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are drinking beer, wake up and have another beer, if not a bloody mary, you need to bring up your alcohol level to a point!. Don't get drunk again!.
