Wine Recommendations?!

Question: Wine Recommendations!?
What is a good red wine!. I want a sweet one that isn't dry, and that doesn't have a lot of other flavors mixed in with it such as tobacco and leather (Yuck!)!. Something good, that you can easily get in most restraunts that serve wine!. Any thoughts!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Now that's the trick!. You can always find red wines or sweet wines, but you can't always find sweet red wines!.
Lambrusco is defiantly one of them!. But restaurants and menus vary so much, there's no one type I could consistently recommend from restaurant to restaurant!. You usually find Riesling, white zinfandel and Gewurztraminer, but like I said, sweet reds aren't stocked as much!. You have to ask the server or call ahead if you want to see if they have some on the list!.

When it comes to sweet reds, I like the Hungarian Nemes Kadarka, and the German Wilhelm Bergmann Dornfelder medium-dry red wine!.

Red wines like Cabernet, zinfandel, Merlot, and Pinot Noir are all great, but not sweet by any means!.If you want a sweet wine in most restaurants, you are usually limited to whites!. But just ask, maybe you'll be surprised!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Beaujolais Nouveau is particularly tasty and relatively inexpensive!.
