I made a drink and i would like to know how to sell it?!

Contact your local state Alcohol Beverage Control board (ABC) Tell them you are making drinks to sell they will contact you and explain the guidelines for marketing your product!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Probably the best way to get a decent distribution for it would be to bottle it and sell it!.
If it contains alcohol then by far the easiest way to get it done legally is to approach a firm that is already bottling and selling alcoholic beverages, and selling them!. Otherwise the red tape around the registration for alcoholic beverage distribution is a b*tch!.
You can copyright a recipe for a mixer/cocktail, but then it becomes public knowledge and it won't be secret anymore!. However, no-one else will be able to sell a drink made with that same recipe!. of course, if they add or subtract a single ingredient they are free to do with it as they please!.
If you want the recipe to be secret, you can't copyright it!.
You can trademark a name for it as well!.
A lot of countries don't acknowledge other countries' copyright so it would be legal to copy it in some places, if it ever became that popular!.
Just remember to do your research first, because if you infringe on someone else's copyright then you could be in trouble!.
if it doesn't contain alcohol, it's as easy as finding someone to bottle it for you and then selling it via friends and family first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
