Any alcohol is good for you (in moderation) as it thins your blood and helps fight off cholesterol, heart disease and stroke!.

Rum though is high in sugars, so if your watching your weight or have diabetes be careful!.

also, any alcohol in over excess is bad for your liver and stomach!. But you knew that already I'm sure!.!.!.

Yes! Not only is it tasty, but it has 0 carbs/sugars! It may be made using sugar cane, but it does not retain any of the actual sugars by the end of the distilling process!.

Ever since I visited Jamaica, rum has been my favorite drink!. It mixes well with just about everything, imho!. Appleton is a great label, if you can find it!. Otherwise, I would recommend Malibu because it comes in so many fun flavors!.!.!.you can even drink it straight up!.
