What can i do with Tokay?!
I bought some Tokay on sale thinking it was like port, but it is too sweet for my drinking tastes so I was wondering what else I could do with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

From reading your question, I'm thinking that you are asking if there is a recipe you can use the Tokay in!. I'm assuming that, when you tried it, you only tried a small amount like you would with Port but if you tried a normal size glass, try a smaller amount and put it with dessert!.
What you could do is try it with a bowl of fruit (berries, melon, etc) or if you want to try something a little more experimental, you could try boiling a small amount down and making it like a syrup for ice cream!. Don't worry if Tokay isn't to your taste - not everyone likes the sweet wines!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
