Answers:
Put the bottle in a wine cooler filled with hot water instead of cold!. That's what I usually do!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you have a saki set fill the carafe with the saki and put it in a pot of warm to boiling water on the stove!. if no stove available put it in a bowl of water after microwaving the water!. if no carafe is available some of the bottles will warm alright in the same manner, just be careful not to over heat, and remember to turn the bottle to heat the saki evenlyWww@FoodAQ@Com

If it is a premium saki, you don't!. Heating will kill the flavor!.
The reason most cafes heat theirs is because it's a common variety to begin with!. You aren't going to find a Japanese restaurant catering to an up-scale Japanese clientele selling a cheap brand!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
