I'm a Californian and the answer is yes, if you're talking about having sex on the sand!.!.!.but never again!. Nothing like sand up your crack and the feel of all that sand paper action!. It's not as romantic as you would think!.
If you do have sex on a beach, take a blanket or find a beach with grass, it prevents sand from going up your @!!!.
