Hard drinks and brownies?!

Question: Hard drinks and brownies!?
I'm having a party and usually we just mix random stuff together, but it's going to be more "bar" themed since we just got a new bar counter in the basement!. It's a mixed group of people, very different personalities, but we all like to drink!. So a few questions!. What are your favorite hard drinks that aren't just straight alcohol!?
I'd also appreciate a good brownies recipe if you've got one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Ok, for the brownies, you cannot beat the Duncan Hines store bought mix!. It will save you time and alot of work plus I have never had a homeade brownie that tasted better than the mix!.
For popular drinks,
gin and tonic
vodka and tea
rum and coke
vodka and tonic (try some of the new flavored vodkas)
Jack (whiskey) and coke

If you have any diet and carb concious friends, you can try diet coke or diet sprite as subsitutes!. I one made mango flavored rum in diet pink lemonade (crystal light) and it was so refreshing!Www@FoodAQ@Com

BROWNIES

INGREDIENTS
2 pounds semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup instant coffee granules
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups white sugar
8 eggs
3 tablespoons vanilla extract
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups all-purpose flour

DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C)!. Grease and flour four 8x8 inch baking pans!.
Place the chocolate chips and the coffee granules in a double boiler over simmering water!. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until melted and smooth!. Set aside!.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy!. Beat in the eggs two at a time, mixing well after each addition!. Stir in vanilla, cinnamon, and salt, then mix in the melted chocolate!. Mix in flour until just blended!. Divide the batter equally into the prepared pans, and spread smooth!.
Bake for 35 minutes in preheated oven, or until the edges pull from the sides of the pans!. Cool on a wire rack!. Cover, and refrigerate for 8 hours!. Cut the cold brownies into bars to serve!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well, for brownies I'd personally either go to the bakery or use a box mix!

For drinks, I recommend blueberry vodka and lemonade, very refreshing!.

To make a Flirtini, use 2 parts vodka, 1 part pineapple juice, a splash of OJ and a splash of of sparkling wine!. Shake with ice and serve in a sugar rimmed martini glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
