hi im 14 and wondering if you are under age and drink and you get caught can you really get arrested because you are too young to go to jail!. So what would happen!?

you can be charged with minor in possession!. and the person who gave it to you will go to jail!. yes there is a blue drink called hypnotiq but you dont need to be drinking at 14 anyways where are your parents!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you are using a fake ID to be served then yes, you may be arrested!. If not, then the person over 21 who supplied you with the alcohol can be arrested!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
