Answers:
wow lots of questions in one go!
as a teenager i'll try and answer all of them :)

image that pops into my head: lots of kids falling over, getting sick

out of 10 teenagers i would say in the UK around 5 or 6

I'm not sure what exactly the punishment is but their alcohol is usually taken off them and sometimes they are taken home!.

Personally i think there should be more information on the dangers of drinking in the long term, shock tactics etc!.

I don't think raising the price will be effective!. Teenagers are still going to drink even if it's expensive!.

I'm not sure about raising the drinking age!. Personally i think this wouldn't be a good idea as it will mean more underage drinking in 18, 19 and 20 year olds, however there are probably more points i havn't considered!.

I don't think it is the parents responsibility to ensure they are not drinking!. It's impossible for all parents to keep track of their teens at all times so i do not think its entirely their fault if theyre children are caught drinking, however if they encourage drinking and supply alcohol in dangerous quantities i think it is a different matter!.

I do not think alco pops should be banned!. They may be unhealthy and popular amongst teens but they are an alternative to stronger spirits and beers which some people do not like!.

Hope that was of some help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

image of!.!.!.!. my school!.!.!.!.

grounded for 20 mins!.!.!.!.

they will get their punishment when they grow up ; )

yes!.!. unfair!.!.!. but then i dont see any difference in a drunk 25 year old to a drunk 15 year old!.!.!. so, adults are not all better

well, legal or not!.!.!.!. teenagers will still drink, raise it to 30 if you like you will probably still get binge drinkers

no!.!.!.!. not entierly!.!.!. they have common sence and should have more responsibility of their own behaviour than to just blame their parents

umm, no!.!.!. alco pops can cause just as big a mess as any other drink!.!.!. its who chooses to drink it that is the problem!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When I hear "binge drinking", I think of drunk girls falling all over themselves at nightclubs, guys shotgunning beers till they puke, and teenagers nursing a two six of vodka who don't know anything about drinking but do it to be cool!.

Depending on the location, I'd guess three out of ten do it often!.

I'm not sure about the punishment!.!.!.I think it should be up to the parents, I guess!.

Raising the prices of mixed drinks to stop teenagers from binge drinking is a joke!. They shouldn't be allowed to buy them in the first place, so clearly the problem lies in HOW they get their booze, not what kind it is!. Most teenagers I know are happy to drink anything they can get their hands on, anyway, it doesn't have to be sweet and sugary!.

It's completely unfair on adults, seeing as they are the ones who should be purchasing them!.

I believe the legal drinking age should be 18!.!.!.you can drive, you can vote, but you can't drink!? Ridiculous!.

Leave the drinks alone! You can't blame the drinks because the people drinking them are irresponsible!.

Yes, I believe parents should be held accountable as should the teenagers!. Teenagers are old enough to know what they're doing, and the consequences of their actions!.

No, they shouldn't, because that's ridiculous!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
