What is a non-fermented alcohol?!


Question: What is a non-fermented alcohol!?
Looking to find alcohol that doesn't go through the fermination process!.

I have a friend on a weird diet that only allows distilled alcohol because it is "non-fermented"!. It's wrong but apparently for the purpose of that diet hard liquor is ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ethanol (the alcohol in any alcoholic beverage) is created when yeast breaks down sugars in a food substance (fermentation)!.

The only other way (as noted above) ethylene hydration, involves charcoal and phosphoric acid!.!.!. not so good for ingestion!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
