When there is a stamp on a wine bottle, how do I open the bottle?!
Do I use a foil cutter to remove the stamp first or do I use a corkscrew to penetrate the stamp and cork!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

I just stab the cork screw throw the wax!. If a little gets in!.!.!. no big deal!. Wax won't hurt you!. I've never had a problem with it getting into the wine mind you!.
I do completely agree with you on the foil cutter issue though!.
It you want to keep the seal!.!.!. try a sharp pairing knife!. Cut around the edges and just pop it off!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use the small sharp end of the corkscrew and just tap at it lightly until it comes off a bit - then i just tear it around slowly until it comes off - best of luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
