I definitely think that a good time and a good experience is one of the best gifts you can give!. What kinds of activities does she enjoy!? Remember, just because she's turning 21 does not mean that it has to involve alcohol, or revolve around it!. For my 21st birthday (last year), my sisters took me out to a club, and we danced all night!. It was a blast! So just take into consideration what she likes to do, and go from there!.

I just gave a good friend a box of gourmet cookies that someone else on here recommended!. They come from Bizzy Lizzy Bakery and I called the number on the website and told them it was a gift and they sent it out in a beautiful package and enclosed a card from me!.
