Need absinthe assistance please!!!!!?!
I have done much research and asked many questions on Y!A and I have found out a lot of info!. on absinthe!!! Thanks to everyone for their good answers and information, I really do appreciate it!!! Now, I have narrowed down my focus to two brands of 'genuine' absinthe!. Lucid Absinthe, as recommended by the distinguished Mayor Adam West, and Zele Premium absinthe!. Has anybody tried either of these kinds of absinthe!? Which is better if you have tried them both!? Any insight would be most appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes! I tried LUCID absenth!. It does have real wormwood in it and it is 60 proof!. It did not make me or my friends hallucinate (I heard this would take massive quantities of wormwood anyway which are unrealistic because you would die of alchohol poisoning first, being that it's 60 proof, before you would hallucinate)!. BUT was fun because the LUCID brand tells you how to do it old-style on the bottle (the sugar cube/ice water/ spoon thing) which DEFINATELY makes it taste good instead of terrible and it is also fun to watch the absinthe change color and fume in this process!. It is actually tasty to sip, and it initiates a 'high' with only one or two shots!. The 'high' feels like an instant drinking buzz mixed with a slight feeling similar to an Mj buzz (no i don't smoke pot but i did try it once and thus the analogy)!. If you drink too much of it you just feel really drunk and it's not fun anymore!. My bottle of LUCID was almost seventy dollars so using it in moderation both maximizes your pleasure and your pocket book!. Go with the Lucid!. It's much tastier and gives a better calming effect!. Much closer recipe to the original!. Afetr the first shot, it feels like someone is rubbing the back of your neck, 2nd shot they move up to the top of your head, 3rd shot tiny tiny people are kissing your forhead, 4th shot they start kissing the rest of your face and start working on your ears while rubbing shoulders, 5th shot they start working on your chest, 6th shot they move down towards your lower stomach and thighs, 7th!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. I don't remember!.

It doesn't make you trip or anything!. It's like smoking a little weed!. The biggest reason why people say it makes you trip is because Van Gogh cut his ear off while he was drinking it!. And Van Gogh was known for having panic attacks and was kind of manic anyway!. The wormwood in lucid is of exceptional quality!. The chemical in Wormwood is the same chemical that is found in opium!. And Wormwood is concidered an opiate!. Use the slotted spoon, suga cube, cool water technique!. It's much more flavorful and kind of cool to watch it go through that chemical reaction!.

I liked Lucid best and it is supposed to be closest to the original absinthe formula of old!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
