Favorite Drinks to make:

Long Island Ice Tea:

1/2 oz!. Vodka
1/2 oz!. Light Rum
1/2 oz!. Gin
1 oz!. Triple Sec
1-2 oz!. Sour Mix
1-2 oz!. Cola
Lemon Wedge

I don't put Tequila in mine!.!.!.


Vesper (007 James Bond's Martini):

3 oz!. Gin (usually Gordon's Gin)
1 oz!. Vodka
0!.5 oz!. Lillet Blanc or Dry Vermouth
Lemon Twist

Shaken!.!.!.not stirred!.!.and served extra chilled!.


Top Shelf Margarita, Rox, Salt:

1 1/2 oz!. "top shelf" Tequila
1/2 oz!. Cointreau
1/2 oz!. Grand Marnier
1/2 oz!. Rose's Lime Juice
3 oz!. Sour Mix
Rim glass with salt and add a Lime Wheel!. Sometimes I just go with an ounce of Cointreau or an ounce of Grand Marnier depending on the customers preference!. Or if just making a regular margarita go with regular Triple Sec in replace or the Cointreau/Marnier!.

Rum and Diet Coke:

2 oz!. Bacardi Superior
4 oz!. Diet Coke

Good for watching the weight/dieting!.


Captn' N Sprite:

2 oz!. Captain Morgan
4 oz!. Sprite

Tastes like Cream Soda!.


French Vanilla White Russian:

1 1/2 oz!. French Vanilla Kahlua
1 1/2 oz!. Vanilla Vodka
Fill rest of glass with French Vanilla Creamer or Half & Half

Caipirinha!. This is a Portuguese-Brazillian cocktail and is fab!.

In flat bottomed on-the-rocks glass, add:
2 to 3 (depending on size) small limes cut into quarters
Add 2 to 3 heaping tablespoons of sugar to the top of the lime slices
Muddle (mash) sugar and limes together well - You can buy a special wooden muddler for this!!!
Add 2 to 3 shots (ounces) cacha?a
Stir well to thoroughly dissolve the sugar, add cracked ice, stir, enjoy

When in Thaliand I had a variation of the Zombie which I had never seen before and have never seen since!. I can't remember what was in it but basically it was a mix of 3 or 4 spirits and a few other less powerful drinks!. No mixers, no juice, everything in it was alcoholic!. It blew my head off, but it was actually quite nice!.

Another is one my mate made for me the other week (he's quite into his cocktail making), can't remember the name but it was a milk based one with a mint chocolate taste!. It was gorgeous!.
OK just asked him, here's the ingredients:
Its 2 parts kahlua, 1 part creme de cacao, 1 part vodka, 1/2 part creme de menthe and 2 parts milk/cream mix!.
Mix with chocolate sauce and sprinkle with chocolate powder!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Baileys, tia maria and vodka and something else but I can't remember maybe that coffee liquor!.
