i live in virginia and we can buy them here when we can find them, just be grateful ur not the guy from IL my mom lives there and she has to go to indiana to get her cigs bc they are appox 8 bucks a pack in chicago!Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you're in the US its not legal for them to do that!. Cigarettes come in packs of 20!. The tax and prices are based on that!.
In NYC the bodegas break up packs into "2 Fers" (2 in a pack) and sell them at an inflated price comparatively to the price of the pack!. They're avoiding paying the tax so its illegal!. They get busted all the time!.

Are you saying that they're banning cartons of cigs!? What state do you live in!? I'm in IL, you can buy as many packs and cartons as you wish!. They're expensive, so cig taxes make big bucks for the state!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
