What would happen if i were to take 4 boxes of panadol?!
I have around 6 boxes of Panadol Extra and Panadol Acti-fast!. I was just wondering what would happen if i were to tak them all!. I would really appreciate genuine answers!. Thank you, ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

panadol or paracetamol overdose will kill you!. its a gross and ugly death!.
if you take too much and you dont get your stomach pumped within 24 hours you will die!.
you will feel fine for about two weeks after taking the pills!.
then your liver will fail and you will die!.

Think about how some days things can seem so bad & hopeless and on other days everything can be soooo good!. Nothing bad lasts forever!.

Your liver would try to filter as much of it as it could for starters!. But I think you would have a blood thining problem and would bleed from everywhere!.
