Does Alcohol Kill the Nutrients in Juice?!

Question: Does Alcohol Kill the Nutrients in Juice!?
If one were to make a martini using vodka and pomegranate juice, would the alcohol kill or counteract with the nutritional balance of the juice!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
since the nutrients are not alive I seriously doubt that alcohol would kill them!. If you mean inactivate or denature them then the answer is it depends on the nutrient but generally no!.

There's so little juice in a pomegranate martini that it's foolish to consider the pomegranate juice as providing any benefits!. also, you'll end up doing more "damage" to your body by consuming the alcohol than what "benefits" you'll gain from the juice!.

However, it's good to kill a few brain cells once in awhile!.

BTW, most nutrients are more sensitive to heat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't think so, alcohol is a preservative!. So the few spoonfulls of juice should be ok!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No!.!.!.I think the nutrients in the juice just absorb the alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Are you drinking for health!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
