I'd say America personally!. Sure every country has their specialty but America's specialty tends to be stealing what everybody else is good at and doing it better or with our own spin!. Purists will probably disagree and there's some legitimate arguments for things like Champagne, Sake, Cognac, and others but for the most part I think America puts out the largest diversity of quality drink related creativity!. This includes making good unique products as well as other drink related concoctions (food and such)!. Then again I've only really been to Australia, the UK, and Japan!.!.!.
