Does Marshmallow Fluff Expire?!
I am cooking for a church event and making dip for fruit!. On the top of jars that I purchased TODAY there is the date Dec 10, 2007 followed by an X!. Is this the date it was made or the date it expires on!?!?
I have a few jars by a different company and the date on the lid appears to be an expiry date, but that brand is manufactured in a different country so is most likely not an idicator!.

Yes the fluff expires!. I had a jar in my cabinet a few years and it separates!. There was a clear liquid at the bottom!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
