Safest bet!.!.!. Light beer!. You are guaranteed less than 124 calories per serving!. and less than 10 carbohydrates!.
The problem with liquor and wine is that the calorie count is all over the chart!.!.!. even if you don't use a mixer!. The lowest calories liquors are roughly 67 calories per standard 1!.5oz serving!. Some of the worst are well over 200!.!.!. Of course that is assuming that you get a standard serving!.!.!. If the bartender likes you and is giving you a little extra the calories will go up exponentially!.
PS!. The 40% Bacardi Rums range from 97 - 100 calories per serving!.

You could only get 1oz and 75 calories or you could get 2 ounces and get 150!.!.!. again not including your mixer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well Ms!. Mortal Kombat!. Wine is probably the best way to go but if you enjoy a cocktail or two!. I would suggest either vodka, tequila, or white rum which have less than 100 calories usually unless flavored!. At least this is what my wife suggests!. She is border line diabetic, so these work best for her!. The instance however you add let's say coke or cranberry juice your calorie count goes up significantly!.
I would suggest from a former bartenders POV!. Stick with things like Margarita with fresh squeeze sour mix if possible!.!.!.shots are very safe as well!. Vodka and cranberry is OK within reason!. And rum has the most calories, but mix it with let's say Diet Coke or a juice and you should be fine!.
Remember drink clear liquors as much as possible!. Darker usually means more sugar which means more carbs!. OH AND ANY OF YOUR FAVORITES ARE PERFECT!. Go light on the beers however!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Vodka itself is pretty low cal, so if you stick with something like vodka and diet sprite or diet coke, you should be good!.
also taking out all that sugar definitely eases the hangover, if you don't go overboard!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
