Answers:
Add some sugar to it to help balance out the acid!. You can also add juice concentrate to do the same thing, and also add body!. Aging might also help it!. If it's still in the carboy, then the wine might be too young to really judge the flavor any!. Sometimes a year or two in the bottle will do wonders!.

You could also add some malolactic acid to it to give it a little more body as well!. Personally, I'd bottle it and let it age for a while!. It would suck to pour it all out just to find out it's fairly decent in a year or two!. Then if it's bad in 2 years, pour it all out, or make your friends drink it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it has such a really bad taste!.

You best bet is to pour it down the drain!. And consider
this batch of wine a total lost!.

You don't want to take a chance of getting
upset stomachs and possible food poisoning!.

Try using it for sauces!.!.!. but it is pretty much gone as far as drinking goes!. Don't feel bad!.!.!. I've had to dump 5 gallons of beer out myself from time to time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Make a sangria out of it( add water, sugar and fruit slices) or use it for cooking!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
