Answers:
Yes!. There is a wine maker called Carl Jung Wines that produces several Non-alcoholic wines!. I just read and article in Food and Wine on this subject!. According to The Wine Store!.com this is a list of non alcholic wines and producers:

* Ariel Vineyards: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Rouge, Chardonnay, Brut Cuvee, White Zinfandel and Blanc!.

* Sutter Home: Reds and Premium Reds, White Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Spumante, Premium White and Sparkling Brut!.

* Inglenook and St Regis: Chardonnay/Blanc, Champagne, White Zinfandel, Blush and Spumante!.

* Creative Juices: A California vineyard with a different approach, Creative Juices grows the classic varieties of grapes, but it does not allow the grapes to ferment!.

It offers a complete line of high-quality red and white non-alcoholic wines!.

Here are some other brands of non-alcoholic wines on the market:

* Fenn Valley Wines
* Martinelli's Gold Medal Sparkling Cider
* RW & Knudsen Sparkling Organic Apple Juice
* Loxton Wines
* Meloni Wines
* Carl Jung Wines
* St!. Julian Wines
* Lemousseux Sparkling Virginia Cider
* Vandalia Wines
* Welch's Sparkling White Grape Juice Cocktail!.

Hope that helps :)

Yes, non-alcoholic wine is often sold in grocery stores!. This is great for cooking!. I am a chef and when recovering alcoholics came in for an event the smell of the alcohol made things worst, as a result we bought non alcoholic wine, it tasted like wine but without the smell of the alcohol!. I know grocery stores carry them (usually near the soda aisle with alcoholic drink mixes) and package stores sell them too, just like O'Douls (non-alcoholic beer)!. Your friend is right that it's grape juice, but unlike Welch's in the store, this has been aged and fermented but not to the effect that it forms yeast and makes alcohol!. There is also nonalcoholic sparkling wine too!. I wish I knew the brand we used because it surprisingly tasted good (I'm 23, and love wine and was convinced this stuff was the real thing), but many kinds are just for cooking and can leave a bad after taste (similar to sugar free chocolates)!. Hope this helps!.

**Added note, someone mentioned unfermented wine, you should double check this, because many times unfermented wines are also sherrys!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes, non alcoholic wine exists!.!.!.

I suppose you could even make it yourself, take regular wine, and slowly heat it up on the stove but not to a boil while constantly stirring it until the alcohol evaporates off, it
will take some time, and the wine won't taste as good
when you're done!.

You can get drunk breathing it, so have a window open!.

Then place it in the fridge and chill it soon after!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I quit drinking a while back and bought some non-alcoholic wine to satisfy my craving!. Even though it was made by a big company, it was disappointingly bland!. I might as well had bought grape juice!. I guess they can't mimick the taste of wine like they can with beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What makes wine a wine is the fact that the grapes and other fruits in the drink are fermented!. If they're not fermented, it's not alcoholic and it's simply a juice blend!. So no, there is not non-alcoholic wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes it tastes foul, maybe get some decent fruit juice,below are some low and non alcoholic wines, I love it when people just guess their answer dont you!?

He's right!. Wine is basically just fermented grape juice, and the fermentation is what causes the alcohol and the distinct taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's "sparkling" grape juice!. You can find it in almost any grocery store, usually in the fruit juice aisle!. Welch's makes both red and white varieties!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
