I say right after you give a huge toast to all the fallen soldiers out their that have given their life so we have the freedom to have today off to drink beer and barbq meat!. It really depends on a lot of things: Are you drinking by yourself or celebrating with others!? Are you using a Holiday as a reason to drink earlier than normal!? Is there a certain time that something is happening!.!.!.such as a BBQ!? What type of drink are you drinking!? (bloody Mary's are great with your breakfast!)
