ok soo about twenty hours ago i drank a ton of vodka!. never really do that but i was pretty much as drunk as you get!. couldnt stand up or anythin!. sooo!. how long am i supposed to feel like crap!?!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

the question is not how long but how much you do about it!. Go and buy some saliene solution!. You mix it in with your drink and it replenishes your body salts!. Otherwise drink lots of fluids and get lots of protein!. A perfect thing for this is vietnamese noodle soup, i would highly recommend it!. Eating fruit is good for restoring fructose and sugars!. Caffeine will shrink your blood vessels so this is also good for a hangover!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I dont know if there is such thing as a 'cure' to a hangover but I can give some suggestions!.
1!. Drink better quality liquor!. Cheap liquor is more likely to give you a headache or hangover
2!. Hydrate before, during and after you drink!. A lot of my friends drink a glass of water in between drinks to ensure they stay hydrated!. One of the main reasons your body gets a hangover is because of dehydration!.
3!. Greasy foods may not be the best thing but my hangover food of choice has always been a cheeseburger from Wendys!.
4!. Fight fire with fire!. A buzz always gets me over my hangover!.
5!. Rest and rest and asprin and rest and water

If your as bad as I think you are!.!.!.you are going to feel like crap for about the whole day!.!.!.take some asprin (that will help a lot) and make sure that you drink a lot of water because alcohol dehydrates your body big time!. Drink lots of liquids!. Eat some menudo the following morning and whalla your hang over is gone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take some ibuprophen, its better than asprin!. eat a greasy bacon egg and cheese sandwich, its good for some reason!. Drink a sports drink (gatorade/powerade) to replenish your electrolytes!. drink water to re-hydrate!. Drink a coke if you have an upset stomach, it has an ingredient that is in anti-nasuea medicine!. oh, and some burnt toste, the carbon is suposed to be good for you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Twenty hours ago!?!? Wow, you must of really tied one on!. I remember those days!. Next time try more dancing and less drinking!. My girlfriends and I used to call that a "two taco hangover"!. Two Jack in the Box tacos and two milks and we were good to go!.!.!.!.I know "thumbs down", but what the heck, it worked for us! (Next time trying eating a bowl of saimin, taking a couple of aspirin and drinking some water before going to bed!.!.!.oh falling down drunk!?!.!.might be kind of hard)!. about 12 hours i guess!. have you slept after the party!? if not, it can take longer!. sleep, have a shower or lay in a hot bath for some time, have a nutritious breakfast, drink some fresh juice!.!.!. basically you need a rest and drink more liquids than you usually doWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hangover effects can last 72 hours!. Drink plenty of water or other fluids but avoid orange or grapefruit juice!. Eat light, nutritious food and stay away from greasy, fatty foods!. I recommend bananas and yogurt etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

avoid moving so much, it'll only worsen your condition!.
sleep if you can!.
take aspirin!.
