Wine...Lambrusco?!
I've recently gotten into drinking Lambrusco, but not sure what it goes with, if it should be chilled!.!.!.that sort of thing!. Anything about it would be plenty helpful! Thanks!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is absolutely my favorite wine!. I break all the wine rules and drink it with everything!. I think it pairs nicely with white meat myself!. I've read that it is best served slightly chilled but I think its just as good at room temperature!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
If you're drinking the ones with the screw-cap, it probably won't matter!. You'll probably find it's best drunk at a temperature in the 62-65 F!. range!. IMHO, it doesn't stand up well to heavy grilled or broiled meats or to tomatoes, but otherwise holds pretty well with most of what you'd pick a red for!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Of all things, my husband LOVES it with pizza rolls! I like to drink it every now and again as well and I love to have some nice sharp cheddar cheese with it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
