Metropolitan

- 2 oz Brandy
- 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1/4 oz simple syrup
- 1 dash Bitters
- Glassware : Cocktail Glass

Mix all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can mix Brandy in eggnog, and I like it mixed with Dr!.
Pepper, or in tea or coffee!. OR

Brandy Alexander

1 oz!. Brandy
1/2 oz!. Brown Creme de Cacao
2 oz!. Cream

Combine in a shaker with ice!. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass!.Top with Nutmeg!.

Spanish Coffee

1 oz!. Cognac or Brandy
1 oz!. Kahlua
Fill with strong coffee
Whipped Cream on top (optional)

Serve in a large espresso glass or footed mug!.

Between the Sheets

-Careful! A few of these and you'll be "between the sheets"

1 oz!. Cognac or Brandy
1 oz!. Cointreau or Triple Sec
1 oz!. Light Rum
1 oz!. Lemon or Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a shaker with cracked ice!. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass!. Garnish with a lemon twist!.

Yokohama Mama

1 1/2 oz!. Brandy
1/2 oz!. Midori or Melon Liqueur
1 tablespoon Amaretto

1 1/2 oz brandy
1 oz dark creme de cacao
1 oz half-and-half
1/4 tsp grated nutmeg
