Question: I opened a bottle of Macallan Fine Oak 15 tonight!. How long is the remaining whiskey good for!?
I still have 3/4 of the bottle left and plan entertain with it five weeks from now!. How will opening the bottle affect the scotch 1 month form now!? 3 months!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

The whiskey will be fine as long as you replace the cork!.

The only danger is the alcohol evaporating, and if you have the cork and do not expose the bottle to high temperatures, that will not be a problem at all over a matter of months!Www@FoodAQ@Com
