When you drink, little alcohol molecules pass through the lining of your stomach, through your blood, and into your brain!. In your brain, the alcohol molecules get stuck in the synapses between neurons causing those connections in your brain to not work properly!.!.!. The process begins at the top and works its way down!.!.!. this is why judgment is the first thing affected by alcohol, because your higher brain can't function the way it should!. The more you drink, the more connections are 'lost'!.
