If Craft Beer Came In A 40oz...?!
Just for fun, would you buy various craft beers in a 40oz!? What craft beer would you put in a 40oz!?
*Not including Dogfish Head Liquor De Malt which is hilarious but not leaps and bounds better than other malt liquors!.
Personally I think Anchor's Small Beer is a prime candidate for a 40oz, it would be all warm and delicious by the end!. Not to mention it would give the dead homies something decent to sip on :PWww@FoodAQ@Com

Hell yes I would!.!.!. Instead of splitting a bomber with a buddy and only getting 11oz, I split the 40 and we'd both have Imperial Pints at 20oz!
What would I put in a forty!? What wouldn't I!.!.!. Could you imagine a forty of Rochefort 10!? Good gawd!.!.!. don't think I could stand after that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I think it's a brilliant idea, like most of yours!. I tend to drink about 48 oz at a shot, and I'd prefer a single package!. I tend not to refrigerate my beer, and usually do cellar temps anyway, so that's not an issue for me!.
I'm personally wondering which craft beer will have the intestinal fortitude to come out with a Heineken style mini keg for the krups distribution system!. I wouldn't mind having Victory Old Horizontal on tap, would you!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Mayor Adam West appears to know his beer!.
And yes, this could be an awesome idea!. Some beers would be a little overdone even if split to 20 oz!. with a buddy!. Rochefort 10 is a good example!. Trappists are meant to be enjoyed in moderation, if you ask me, and so I'd vote to stay traditional with their ~11 oz!. bottles!. Some of the other Belgian quads, Imperial stouts and barleywines would be a little overwhelming at that quantity as well!. The beauty of the huge beers is that they can be savored slowly while still getting your buzz on!.
So if it's a good balanced craft that isn't ramped up on the a!.b!.v!., a 40 oz!. would be awesome!. A nice fat glass jug of a Founder's Breakfast stout, or a 40 of a nice I!.P!.A!.!.!.!. I'd be all over that!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't put craft beer in a 40 oz bottle because I would drink the beer to fast and wouldn't get to "enjoy" it!. But just for fun I would like to try Schlafly Coffee Stout in a 40!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
