If everyone wants to get pretty drunk I would budget at least one bottle per person!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Most function and event coordinators allocate around half a bottle of Champagne per person!. However if you are not serving any other alcohol during the evening and this is your drink of choice you should probably account 1 bottle per person for a good party!.
There are ways to make the Champagne go further!. YOu could add fruit such as strawberrys to each glass this raises the level of the champagne so you don't have to pour so much, which makes it feeli like it is lasting longer!. Alternatively you could serve the champagne ( half champagne half orange juice) as Bucks Fizz!. This is also a fun party drink!.
Cocktails can also be fun!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Double the amount!. Champagne never seems to last long enough and some will drink more than others!. I would definitely allow 2 bottles per person or at least include beer and or wine in the mix!. As they both take slower to drink!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Depends on how drunk they can get
I'll say 20 to 30 people
some people can guzzle a whole bottle but others will only have a glass or twoWww@FoodAQ@Com
