Hangovers!!!???? What to do and when to do it.?!


Question: Hangovers!!!!?!?!?!? What to do and when to do it!.!?
I have been reading and have gotten the just of it!.
Drink lots of water or gatorade or pedialite or something
Take vitamins (B)
Take asprin b4 you hit the sack

When you wake up:
Drink water, gatorade, ect!.
Eat healthy foods
Eat bananas to help with stomach aches

Answers:
Eat potato or bread before you go out drinking!. Starches can slow down the absorption of alcohol into your bloodstream!. Supposedly a meal after drinking can also help reduce or shorten a hangover!.

Drink a glass of water for every glass of liquor too!.
Dehydration contributes to hangovers in part!.

You are right! Try pedialite instead of gatorade though because of the sugar in gatorade!. The better shape you are in physically, the less hungover you get!. And finally, watch what you drink: don't drink a lot of sugary stuff!. Stick with clear liquors on the rocks!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well what I usually do is eat some and take some asprin b4 totally being out of it!. Then in the morning I eat, I do not drink!. For me drinking any water, gatorade, ect!. makes it worse!.!.!. much worse!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yep you are right!.

Avoiding acids (like frutacids) on the next day and having plain bread and raw carrots works for me too!.

A friend of me swears on pancakes with applesauce by hangovers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As soon as u wake up or whenever you're feeling sick, take an advil, drink lots of water and eat something light!.!.!.!. maybe bread or crackers!.!.!. something that wont upset your stomach!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
