Does anyone know any good champagne for my wedding?!
Answers:
Martini and Rossi Asti Spumanti is really good and you could usually find it in bulk at Costco!. also, if you like in California, Wilson Creek Winery makes this famous Almond Champagne that is excellent!.! Congrats on your up and coming marriage!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Don't waste a lot of money on champagne for the toast!. Most people aren't paying attention to what they are drinking and many take only a ceremonial sip or two anyway!. A lot of it gets wasted!. A simple, mass-market champagne like Cooks, Tott's, or Andre is fine!. Get an "extra dry" which actually has a touch more sweetness and you will please bascially everyone!. Save your money for some other aspect of the reception that will have more impact!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ballatore Gran Spumante is great and easy on the budget!. A little on the sweet side!. also Martini and Rossi Asti!. A little more expensive, slightly better taste!. Both will do just fine!. And like the first poster said, staying on the sweeter side should please almost everybody!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I used to be quite fond of Pol Roger brut!. It's not a real champagne in that it comes from the Finger Lakes region but it is both enjoyable and inexpensive!.

Serve Spanish Cava, much cheaper than french champagne, and for most people as good as the real thing!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
