no
you would need to open it, pour in yeast which has been prepared in a little warm water and then let that sit in a warm place undisturbed for about a week or two!.
it works best with actual fruit juice high in sugar!. commercially ready drinks may have too many preservatives to ferment!.
then again you could just go buy steel reserve if you're that hard up for booze!. (ohhh!.!.!. that's an underage joke)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

As mentioned, without the yeast to convert the sugars to alcohol, it won't get you buzzed at all!. Don't bother trying to make your own, just go buy!.
Not a funny joke Joe!. SR is the only beer I like the taste of!. Miller, Bud, Ice, etc are ok!. Seeing as I live in Chico, I tried a Sierra Nevada Pale Ale!. Gross!. Was so thick I had to chew it!. SR however actually tastes good to me, go figure!. (I'm not underage, I'm actually 29 this year!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
