Eeeeww!.!.!.part of what makes a good beer so good, besides the flavor & aroma, is the texture!. Instead of freezing beer, how about taking a nice, rich beer like an imperial stout and dropping a scoop of you favorite ice cream into it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
