Do you use White Zinfandel when making white Sangria?!

Question: Do you use White Zinfandel when making white Sangria!?
Answers:
I suppose any light wine would do when making sangria!. Maybe even a nice rosè would do the trick!.

I've never heard of white sangria!. Don't buy any high quality stuff, because the addition of fruit will mask over any subtle aromas in the wine anyway!.

I would say, stick with fruits whose aromas are typically found in white wine, i!.e!. pineapple, apples, oranges, etc!. Cherries are in season right now, and that would surely make your concoction interesting!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

When making red sangria brandy is often an added liquor in addition to fruit and juices!. White sangria could be made with white zinfandel, of course it will be pink but that's ok!. I would add rum or vodka and keep the juices light!. Perhaps white grape juice or white cranberry juice and fresh fuit pieces!. Club soda or 7-up could be added after poured into glasses!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
