Well im not a smoker my self but i think it should t be baned from pubs a pub is a adult place not a children's place its full of adult entertainment and also pub owners are losing money lots of people smoke in this country and like to go to the pub once in a while and have a drink they wont have a good time going outside to smoke every so often i think personally some pubs could have smokin and some couldtWww@FoodAQ@Com

I think that publicans should have been given the choice before the law came in to canvas their customers and go with the majority of opinion!.In most areas there would be many alternative pubs to switch to if you were in the minority!.

Where I live smoking is banned in all public places and it hasn't seemed to cause any huge changes!. When the statute was enacted I personally thought that individual businesses should be allowed to decide-then patrons could choose as well!. But as a Respiratory Therapist I will also say that secondhand smoke is a real danger, to adults as well as children!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
also hate smoking!. Nether the less smokers, like the rest of us inherit a right of free choice!. Afterall all their tax pays the NHS!. I do agree it should be banned on public transport and in restaurants!. Pubs, No!. It would be better to have non smoking areas!. Going to a pub to drink and make merry (this includes smoking) is a choice that an adult makes on his/her own!. If that adult doesn't want to be around second-hand smoke, don't try to change the behaviors of others, change yours by not going!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
