Answers:
Sutter HOme Moscato is very sweet, similar to their white zin!. kind of a honey like taste!.

cab sauv is the exact opposite and very dry!. completely different wine and taste from the Moscato!.

You will never really find a "sweet red" unless you go for a dessert style port, or maybe a zinfandel (the red kind)!. thought not really sweet, persay, often have very berry/jam like qualities that seem to taste sweet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Muscato usually is a sweet wine!. Most of the wine maker take advantage of the sweetness of the grape and make sweet delightful wines!. Other wine you can consider include Muscato D'Asti ($15-20) from Italy as well as some cheaper Californian Muscats, Riesling, and Gewurtztraminer!. Consider Bonny Doon Sweet Pacific Riesling ($12), Fetzer Gewurtztraminer ($8)!.

Cabernet Sauvignon, on the other hand, is very dry!. These are big red wines with lots of tannin!. You probably will not like it at this point!.

In general, if you look at a wine, if the alcohol level is lower, the wine tends to be sweeter!. Not always true (especially like dessert wines and port - high alcohol and sweet), but not a bad guess!.

As for dessert wine, try Ice Wines (Jackson Trigg, $15/187 ml, Noble House $20/375 ml)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

moscato is pretty much a dessert wine -- very sweet!. if you want a sweet white, try any riesling that does not say "dry riesling!." (ha!. duh!.) cabernets tend to be dryish!. all of the sutter home wines, i think, are sweeter than many other brands, but, again, if you want a sweet white, go with a riesling!. moscatos are downright syrupy (i like them, but only a little at a time)!. i think merlots are the sweetest reds, though since i like dry-er wines, i may not be the best to ask!. OH! get a viognier!. it's a sweet, fruity, floral white!. i love it, and i am not big on sweet or whites!. mmmmmmmm!. wine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

moscato are sweet and a good wine if you dont want something dry or heavy!. Barefoot also makes a good moscato!. It is a little "lighter" than the Sutter moscato and VERY easy to drink!.!.!.!.esp!. in the summer!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I loooove Moscato wines!. Doesn't matter what brand!. They are sweet and sometimes bubbly like champaign!. Moscatos are not dry at all

And I've never tried Cabernet SauvignonWww@FoodAQ@Com
