What does "extra stout" mean? Is "regular" guiness beer different?!

Question: What does "extra stout" mean!? Is "regular" guiness beer different!?
The definite integral from 1 to 4 of (x^2 + 2x + 5) dx

I am having trouble figuring out how to express this as more than just one Reimann sum!.

One way to represent this as the limit of a Reimann sum is as follows:

Lim n->inf SIGMA (1+3i/n)^2 + 2*(1+3i/n) -5 Delta x

What is the alternate way to proceed where you skip some steps are start by inserting the "lower limit of integration" (which = 1 for this problem) into the expression (x^2 + 2*x - 5) and solve it!.!.!. 1^2 +2*1 -5 = -2

And then you finish the problem , an alternative way!.

I can't describe much more, but it has to do with the fact that the definite integral can be represented by a whole family of seperate answers (all expressed as a Lim n->inf Sigma!.!.!.)

If you still dont understand my question, could you solve the original problem, in any other method involving the limits (n->inf) of Reimann Sums and explain how or why there are infinite (or dozens) of "correct expressions" as a lim (n->inf) of Reim sums!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
