How long before an open bottle of dry sherry goes bad?!
I have had a bottle for over a year and there is about 1/2 left!. It still smells good!. Anyone know what the shelf life for an open bottle is!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sherry is a fortified wine so it will last a lot longer than table wine after opening!. Still, you are going to get the best taste in the first couple days!. If it smells good to you and tastes good you're fine!. It certainly won't hurt you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
I've always heard a few days like after a week it is no longer good!. But as long as it seems ok to you it should be fine :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
