If you want the strongest stuff you can drink pick up some Everclear (95%, illegal in some states, but you can find it fairly easily), Rectified Spirits (96%, and a lot harder to find if your in the US), or Moonshine (up to 90-95%, also sometimes hard to find)Www@FoodAQ@Com

If it actually is 100% ethanol it has had bezened added to keep it from absorbing water from the air!. It would be poisonous!. And most 95% lab ethanol has had methanol added to make it poisenous and undrinkable so no liquor taxes need to be paid on it!.
Get some everclear or spirituous!. Everclear says not to drink it straight on the bottle but people do it anyways!. Just be carful not to get alcohol poisening!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can't distill it to that point!. Most of the lab grade ethanol has a small amount of benzene in it so you can't drink it!. The pure lab grade ethanol is very expensive and you will show up on an ATF list!.
You are better off getting Everclear that is 95% pure!. I think you can deal with 5% water!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
