Am I an alcoholic if I drink 3 bud lights on a weeknight?!
I just finished all my chores, my husband left us to watch the soccer game (mex vs!. Arg) at the qualcomm (I live in San Diego), and well my TV is set to the cartoon network (for my kids)so I just get the PC!.!.!.and well I'm just drinking browsing the web like a loser!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Yes you are a real raging alcoholic - 3 bud lights!. In Canada we consider that equal to about 1 beer - which doctors say is very health to have!. So think of it as a health maintance routine - like a daly vitamin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
certainly not!. an alcoholic will keep drinking!. they will crave the alcohol!. 3 beers will give you a buzz but as long as you know when to stop and that you are not drinking to solve your problems, then you are far from being an alcoholic!. ( relaxing at night is not a form of solving your problems so don't worry)Www@FoodAQ@Com
Is it "a weeknight" or every night!? My judgment call is that once in a while is not a problem, every night would be!.
My doctor's office has a health checklist that says we should limit our alcohol intake to 1-2 drinks daily!. I understand that one a day is better for one than none at all!.
I'd guess that in many parts of the world, your current intake is normal!.

You are an alcoholic if you need those 3 beers to get you to the next day or event or just can't live without them!. If you can take it or leave it!.!.!.!.!.!.!.no problem!.
