Need answers for support?!
i have been drinking again today i am going to try not to have any!. i know i really need to stop!. my liver is abnormal & my results where AST 80 ui/l ALT 33 ui/l!. i guess i was told thats pretty high!. my mom is scared & my girlfriend is too!. hek i'am scared!. but yet i still drink!. all the places i once went can't go to!. i feel very lost in my life!. i am going to hit an aa meeting tonight then watch the basketball game!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you definately need to do something about ur drinking!.!. You sound so obsessed with it!. It must be so draining for you, thinking about it non stop!.!. i know, i have been there!. The guilt will drive you crazy!. I have been saved for the moment for i am expecting my 2nd child!. Before that i was in a situation where i would decide not to drink in the morning and change my mind in the evening!. !.I made excuses and would not stop at 2 drinks!.
I have 2 stories!. One fantastic and one tragic!.
My father was a heavy drinker for 10 years!. He suffered severe brain damage and was very unhealthy!. He decided to stop drinking unfortunately when it was too late!. Cirrhosis of the liver had already been diagnosed!. He was sober for 8 yrs and passed for the damage had been done!. He slightly extended his life!.!. i was only 17!. He was only 50!. He only drank beer!.!. He died a horrible, painful way!.
My stepfather has been an alcoholic for 20 years!.!. he fell asleep at the wheel with heart problems, had his heart re-started for he had an irregular beat, due to drinking, just decided one day to stop!. No aa, no councilling, no drugs, just stopped!. Has not had a drink in 2 years and lives with my mother who is an alcoholic!.!. he just stopped!. Unbelievable!.
His liver has returned to normal!. He is 68!.
I really hope you can stop too!.!. i like the second story the best!. There is hope and anyone can stop!.!. STRENGTH is what you need and knowing your life is totally worth it!.!. Good luck with it!. You can do it!.!. You don't want to kill yourself any longer!. You can stop and completely heal your liver!. The brain is the permanent damage!.!. no more damage :) :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

try to make it to that meeting!.!.!.and like someone already said consider finding a sponsor!.!.!.!.you obviously are dealing with an addiciton so its important to find the right sponsor to help you step by step!.!.!.!.your first step is just to admit you are out of control and powerless when it comes to stop drinking!.!.!.!.i wish you all the well!.!.!.!.educate yourself on the facts !.!.!.!.also have your mom and girlfriend do the same!.!.!.they need to fine support too!.!.!.!.all of you can work with each other more effectively if you really understand the facts!.!.!. head on out to that AA meetingWww@FoodAQ@Com
Great that you have taken step and accepted that you have problem with drinks I also sobered down after acceptance that I am in trouble with drinks!. All you have to do is to just leave it in one day and start some physical activity to bring your whole self back to a detox state!. Do not hesitate to cover your withdrawl symptoms with drugs as prescibed by a doctor!. In my case it was alprax!.
I started wt training and later on shooting It is a thing of pride for me that I am a competitive shooter I have beaten those tremors

Dont be scared you have lots of support rrom the people closest to you and you know who they are!.You are not alone in this,concentrate on your work for now!. You will get through this!. If you just go to meetings you can just skate by, but if you have a sponser they can work one on one with you!.

Tell you !.!. you should worry abt GGT !.!. anyway!.!.!.!. your liver is not ruined !.!. your results are not scaring yet!.!. trust me!.!.!. try to limit yr drinks, though!.!. didn't yr doctor tell you that AST also can be screwed by medicines such as Prozac and so on!.!.!. send me emails if you want!.!.!. ciao !
