Does Bailey's Irish Cream spoil?!
Original if it matters!. I bought it like 6 months ago to make some Irish Car Bombs!. Found it today and wanted to try some on the rocks but fear the diaroonies!Www@FoodAQ@Com

When bailey's Irish Cream goes bad it curdles!.(just like milk) If the expiration date is close but the cream has not curdled it has not gone bad!.

I have had it go bad but it had been opened then not looked at for about 14 months!. It curdled just like milk does when off!.

yes, you have to keep it in the fridge or it will curdle like milk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
