No!.!.!. 14 days isn't long enough normally wine needs to ferment for six weeks or so before being bottled then another six in the bottle!.

as far as perfecting the recipe!.!. first get yeast from a home brew shop for wine!.!.!. normal yeast might ferment it!.!. but the flavor would be WAY off and the alcohol concentration is going to be messed up!.!.

you are going to need some tannin to smooth it out since you have no grape stems!.!. you will also need to correct the acidity acid blend does that nicely!.!.!.

you will want some sulfides to kill the yeast when done and you will want to strain through a fine cheesecloth etc prior to bottling to clear it up!.!.!. the residue from home brew wine tends to be very bitter!.!.!.

there are LOTS of home brew online supplies i use finefinewines!.com they sell everything you need to make wine at home!.!.!.

also any ingredients you use!.!. (grape juice etc) must be PURE grape juice!.!. any preservatives will kill your yeastWww@FoodAQ@Com
