Driving home with drunk driver?!

Question: Driving home with drunk driver!?
i got a ride home from the sister of a friend of mine tonight who was pretty drunk!. first lets get one thing straight, i am not concerned with my well being or my own life!. i do not fear death, and have accepted it as a natural and inevitable phase in humans!. anyway, i knew she was drunk, she had a few open containers in the car, i even drank from one(first thing i had to drink all night), and the drive home was raucus and for anyone else, nerve recking!. aside from me and her, their was a female friend of hers, and three other kids in the backseat with me!. one in particular was afraid and whining, telling her to slow down!. as i said, i don't care what happens to me, but the entire ride and even after my arrival, i felt alot of sorrow and i knew i would feel terrible if anything happened to her!. i am not in love with her, but i consider her a good aquaintance/friend!. anyway, if a situation like this should ever arise again, what should i do!? take away her keys!? thank you!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
even if you dont care about yourself!.!.!.you should still feel somewhat responsible for the lives of other people on the road!. also if she would have gotten in an accident (depending on the state u live in) and you were aware of the situation and still let her drive, you would be financially and criminally liable in the situation!. next time take away the keys, decide not to be part of the situation, crash at someone's floor, or call a taxi!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I hope my kids NEVER get into a car with a selfish person like you!. Are you serious!? why would you let her drive!? what about the other people on the road!? what if she killed someone in another car she hit!? you should be arrested!. I would tell you what I really thought about people like you, but you would whine to yahoo!. please dont reproduce!Www@FoodAQ@Com

take her keys not for you, or even her, she'll most likely live probably survive untouched, but do it for the innocent people on the road, who are sober, and have no control over her!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes! get the keys!.!.!.I've driven drunk and don't remember getting home!.!.!.then when a friend dies because of it, you change!.!.!.!.do what you can to do the right thing!. She could have killed ALL of you!. Don't let someone drive drunk!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't let her hurt herself!. Don't let her hurt others!. Don't let her hurt your friends/family by getting you killed!.
Take her keys!. Death may be natural, but it sure hurts the people who are left missing y'all when you're gone!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

absoulutly take her keys
she has no right driving drunk and endangering others lives!. Let alone having 5 passangers in the car, and 3 of them children!?!?!?!?
you should have taken her keys then and there
No questions askedWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'd tell the state that there is a mother driving around her children while being drunk (if they are hers)!. That disgusts me!. Definitely take her keys, and the kids while you're at it!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You are just being stupid!. Don't get in the feckin' car next time!. Accept your life, not your ability to die peacefully!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Save your sorrow for the innocent people she might kill!. I agree with the last poster, you are extremely self absorbed!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

maybee you should have drove!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take her keys & call a cab!.!.or a sober friend/family memberWww@FoodAQ@Com

You were most fortunate THIS TIME that you all arrived at your destinations without any harm!.!.!.!. NEXT TIME you might not be so lucky!.!.!.!. ANY TIME you are in a situation when someone you know (ANYONE YOU KNOW) is drunk and decides to make the STUPID MISTAKE to get behind the wheel of a car, that person is risking NOT ONLY his or her own life, but the lives of anyone ELSe that might be on the road or in their car!.!.!. ALWAYS take the keys away from an obviously drunk person and find them a ride who has not been drinking AT ALL!.!.!. So many people are now gone who COULD have and SHOULD have never driven after drinking---and they took some of their friends and loved ones with them!.!.!. THAT could have been prevented!!! Oh and for you who THINKS they have no care about dying!.!.!. you are obviously VERY YOUNG and rather dence if you feel life isn't worth caring about!.!.!.!.!. I have a terminal illness and happen to think life is VERY MUCH WORTH living and not worth making a stupid mistake like letting someone drive who is DRUNK!.!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
