Okay, so for a vodka martini all your really *need* is vodka and vermouth - prices on both range big time so just look around for whatevers in your range!. Flavored vodka is nice to shake things up - they have all sorts of fruity flavors, espresso, chocolate, etc!. Use a few ounces of vodka and a teaspoon or so of vermouth and shake it up with ice or stir it!. Garnish with whatever she likes - a twist of lemon or lime if you have a fruity vodka or olives if she likes those!. (PS - if she usually orders them 'dirty' use plain vodka and add a splash of olive juice before you mix it!.)
Have a great dinner :o)Www@FoodAQ@Com

vodka martini, get 4 oz of grey goose, pour in a shaker over ice, take some dry vermouth,(now this is very important) put the bottle of vermouth in the liquor cabnet, shake the vodka and ice GENTLY, you do not want to bruise the vodka!. in the mean time chill a martini glass in the freezer or in a pile of crushed ice!. pour the contents of the shaker in the chilled glass, if you hungry add an olive or 2 (because a mans gotta eat)!. if not a lemon rind will do !. sit back and enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
Five parts Tanqueray, one part Martini and Rossi Dry Vermouth!. Swirl with ice, drain into martini glasses!. Add an olive!. Voila!.
