Lime is to be squeezed!. A quartered lime and the juice is squeezed in to the drink!. The lemon is the rind, twisted to release the lemon oil in to the drink!. The perfect Gin and Tonic is Bombay Sapphire and Schweppes's tonic with a "Squeeze" "over" as in over ice!. YumWww@FoodAQ@Com
