Answers:
Wine is actually healthier, esp red!. Commercial grape juice has added flavors and color, 99!.9% of wine must be the real deal, and has more tannins and anti oxydants which are proven cancer and heart desease fighters!. The yeasts that ferment wine can only metabolise sugars, and should leave the vitamines alone!. Forget the nutrition facts with wine though, it is far beyond the food scientists and we need to keep it that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What is wrong with just drinking the grape juice that way you get all the benefits of the grape!. Fermentation destroys a lot of the good things in the grape and the alcohol damages your body the same as whiskey!. Ethanol is not a good fuel for the body!. Methanol on the other hand can cause blindness, paralysis and even death!. (Methanol is made from wood products and burs as well as Ethanol which is made from fruits, vegetables and grains)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well it loses some of the healthy ingredients but a glass of vine from time to time can be healthy!.

And no, I don't think you will have a hangover because of just 2 glasses of vine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A good way to prevent hangovers is to keep yourself hydrated by drinking lots of water before consuming alcoholic beverages, 8% is a pretty low percentage so I doubt if you will have any after effects assuming you're not dehydrated!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Grape juice is not much of a source for vitamin C!. No big loss!. You will still have the antioxidants and the other healthful goodies!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no it doesnt and know but if you do it will only be lightWww@FoodAQ@Com
